Subscription terms

1. Subscription. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (each month or otherwise, depending on the option selected by you at the time of purchase) until you cancel.

2. Payment method. Payment will be charged to the payment method you submitted at the time of purchase at confirmation of purchase (after you confirm by single-touch identification, facial recognition, or entering your payment method details on the web, or otherwise accepting subscription terms provided on the payment screen or on the pop-up screen provided by Apple/Google or on our web page) or after the end of the trial period. You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to the payment method that you use.

3. Cancelation. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

To avoid being charged cancel your subscription in time sufficient to process your request before the end of the period. You may cancel your subscription via the subscription management on our website or email us directly. The mail of support team: support@rosantel.com

 

Cancellation

You can cancel your order by sending us an email before we process the order (normally after 24 hours). Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders for you once we processed your purchase for you. (We will send a shipping confirmation email to you once we processed your order)

 

Can I make a change to my order?

Due to how quickly orders are passed to our warehouse to be shipped, we’re unable to edit orders once processed. This includes;

  • Adding or removing items to your order
  • Changing an item, variant
  • Amend delivery address
  • Applying a discount code or editing product prices

If you have noticed a mistake in your order you wish to change, you can send us an email before we ship your order.

 

Can I change my delivery address?

Sadly we cannot change an address with the courier once the order is placed, however it is possible you may be able to get this updated with the courier by contacting them directly.

To do this, please wait until you receive your tracking email directly from the courier as it will contain your tracking number that you can provide to the courier in the hopes they can amend the address for you. Please note this is not guaranteed and services can vary from courier to courier.

*If you input the incorrect address at checkout, we can not be held accountable if the order goes missing and are therefore not liable to refund/replace the order.

 

Refunds & Replacement

Rosantel will make a refund, resend, or accept the return for any of the following cases:

1. Orders Delayed.

Orders are lacking tracking information, in transit, pending, expired 45 days after orders were processed and shipped. 

2. Orders not Received.

Rosantel will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order is delivered. If you input the incorrect address at checkout, we can not be held accountable if the order goes missing and are therefore not liable to refund/replace the order.

3. Products Damaged.

To start a refund, you can contact us at support@rosantel.com. Please include proof of purchase or order number in your email. If your refund is accepted, you will able to see the refund on your bank account within a few days.

*Unfortunately, we cannot refund on non-returnable items like priority processing fee

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unfortunately, we cannot refund on non-returnable items like priority processing fee, and shipping fee.
